With it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our own custom server managing software system, which will monitor all the key services. And in case of a service crash, our skilled server administrators will be alerted instantaneously and they will solve the matter ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server definitely isn’t the easiest process on earth. You will either have to use another server or your home PC, or, alternatively deploy some third–party software. We offer a much simpler option with our Administration Services deal. We will make a full backup of your VPS once a week, so you never need to be afraid of permanently losing any vital info. Last but not least we can always recover a backup copy really fast. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & set up certain software on it. And if this may seem like something much too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an essential part of our Administration Services offer, is the ideal solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our well–trained server admins who will install and configure any software or take care of any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an optional feature.
